* Peter has been the Danish National Champion in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006 and 
2007. In 1999 he won the All-England Championship and holds four European Championship titles. He held the World Number one ranking from 1998-2001. He has been described as a deceptive player with smooth footwork and an ability to maintain constant pressure. 2009 Malaysia Super Series semi-finalist, 2009 Korean Open Champion, and YONEX All England Super Series quarter-finalist. 2009 World Championships quarter-finalist. China Masters Super Series quarter-finalist.
