Dunlop Badminton Rackets

Dunlop has been in business for over 90 years and prides itself on a heritage of sporting excellence.  Much like Prince rackets, Dunlop is pushing the boundaries of technology to come up with lighter, more powerful, accurate equipment.  Dunlop has designed Aerogel rackets, which are made of the world's lightest solid and 4,000 times stronger then its own weight.  "  The three-dimensional nanometer-sized molecular network delivers an unmatched strength to weight ratio for enhanced stiffness and increased power."  Aerogel frames deliver the perfect balance between control and power, while not compromising weight or stability.  M-Fil technology (multi-filament) is a combination of three materials that comprise the hitting zone of a racket to enhance the feel at the point of impact with the shuttle.  The 3D braided structure at the key points on the racket enhance torsional stability.  ACS or Advanced Control System,  reinforces the T-joint area with graphite layers to reduce lateral movement and increase torsional strength.  The Power Rib Hoop has Dunlop inserting a a graphite ridge across the top of the hoop, gaining stiffness across the frame.  This supports power generation from within the racket.
