Badminton Warm up Technique
When playing in a badminton competition, even at an amateur competing level badminton is an exhausting sport. Which is why a good warm up is needed before a match or even a practice session. A simple warm up includes a short sprint, running in place with your knees high, this helps elevating your heart rate and stretching key muscles which are used when playing. Stretching your upper torso can be done, along with your waist, arms and neck. A good warm up will avoid any sprains from forcing your body too fast when cold.
