Badminton Underhand shots
Forehand and backhand lob:
An underhand lob is a defensive shot commonly used with a tricky shot close to the net. The body weight is kept of the right foot which is kept forward. The racket is held facing the net and as low as possible to follow through on the swing, giving the birdie speed and maximum depth.
The backhand lob is very similar, always putting the right foot forward, however using the backhand grip.
